Valley City is a Southern Oregon based rap duo with producer ABRA and front man Philli The Kid. The Two met at a school for at-risk youth, where drug addiction and jail time was more likely than graduation. The two quickly became friends, interested in selling drugs and running with gangs. After seeing friends in and out of jail, they knew that their future in the streets would end the same. Now, years later, they have decided to take their lives in a more positive direction, and prove that dreams can come true no matter what environment you come from. All it takes is dedication and a dream.
